ST. PHILIPPINE HOME

1015 Goodfellow, St. Louis, MO 63112

St. Philippine Home is a long-term residential substance use treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women and children. Our goal through this program is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment to ensure the delivery of substance-free babies and long-term recovery support.

The home offers beds for 12 women and up to 10 children at one time. Healthy meal choices are provided each day in a clean and safe environment. Women and their children have access to their own room and share bathrooms with one other family. Missouri families living at St. Philippine home can reside in the facility the length of the mother's pregnancy plus six months postpartum.

OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP

2011 Linton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63107

Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Recovery Housing provides congregate-style, permanent supportive housing for single women experiencing chronic homelessness and substance use disorders. There are onsite recovery support services, such as employment support, budgeting, and life skills. OLPH includes 12 rooms  that can either be utilized for moms and their children or for 2 women, with a total of 22 people in the house. In August 2020, OLPH transitioned into recovery housing and adopted a new housing model in which a recovery community is central to the house.

Recovery housing has four levels of care, of which OLPH will provide a “level 2 monitored” recovery residence. This means we have a house manager onsite, peer run groups, regular drug screenings, house meetings, and all are involved in self-help and/or treatment services. Women will pay rent when they are able and all clients are working, volunteering, or getting an education. Recovery is the focus each day with AA/NA meetings and community meals as top priorities. No alcohol or drugs are allowed inside or around the residence.
