What You Need To Know Before Arriving: Our intake process can take up 3-4 hours, so please be aware when scheduling your day.
What To Bring: You must have a current Missouri ID. We ask that you please bring a list of your current medications as well. If you have children who would like to be enrolled in our Family Program, please make sure that you have your child’s social security card and shot records.
Once You're Here: Upon arrival, please let security know that you are here for intake. Your intake experience will include seeing our Coordinator of Client Services, Diagnostician, and Nurse. If needed, you may also see our Medical Care Coordinator.

We may be able to provide transportation assistance to Queen of Peace Center after being admitted. If you are in need, you will arrange this with your treatment team.
Therapeutic Childcare Assistance
On site therapeutic childcare is available for your children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. If you are in need, please talk with the intake team or your treatment team to ensure your needs can be met. To enroll in the family program you will need to bring your child’s social security card and shot records.
