Adolescent Resource Center

The Adolescent Resource Center (ARC) is an early intervention and prevention program for St. Louis County adolescents ages 12-19 with substance use and/or mental health disorders, as well as those who are at risk of developing disorders or risky behaviors. All services are confidential and free of charge. Their vision is to promote the holistic growth and development of at-risk youth by engaging them in individual and group psycho-educational and therapeutic counseling sessions in order to help encourage a healthy transition from adolescence to adulthood.

  • Motivational enhancement therapy
  • Screenings and assessment
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy



  • Number of Adolescents that were provided screening, assessments and services for mental health and/or substance use disorders and other risky behaviors: 403
  • Percent of Adolescents that Reported Satisfaction with Services: 100%
  • Percent of Adolescents that Demonstrated Positive Behaviors and Improved Symptoms: 70%
