Pennington became Executive Director of Queen of Peace Center in January 2012, but has been part of the team since 2007. She began her work with the Center as a Grants and Community Associate and has since supervised university interns, collaborated with the Family Treatment Coalition as part of the Rebecca Project for Human Rights in Washington, D.C., working with government policymakers on gender-specific and family-centered behavioral health treatment and was responsible for the development of the Center’s advocacy program.
